Private Label Ordering Policies

Our lab manufactures and supplies complexion and color cosmetic products along with 100% mink lashes. In order to successfully coordinate manufacturing with our chemists, you must have the right to sell cosmetic products within your region. It is imperative to assure the local and federal laws within your area and country concerning the retailing of wholesale cosmetics. Please familiarize yourself with the laws and regulations within your area.


We don’t require large minimum order quantity to have your logo printed on the boxes. For bespoke color cosmetics formulas, colors and custom designed package, we require larger MOQ to start the production. Please contact our sales representative for more details.


Orders requiring custom packaging must be sent in advance to be certified by our designers. Please contact your designated sales representative for more information. 


It’s necessary to comply with all federal, state and local cosmetic labeling and packaging laws and regulations. Please be sure to label your products correctly.


In an effort to service our customers as quickly as possible, orders are activated in our order processing system almost immediately upon placement. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure your order is complete and accurate before submitting. Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow refunds or last minute cancellations after shipping.


All payments must be sent through our Shopify website or Paypal. We do not accept any other forms of payment nor are we responsible for payments sent through a third party payment system other than our own.


Shipping cost will be covered by our client. By considering the order gross weight, products, shipping rate and shipping period, your account manager will work out with you the best shipping solution for you. Generally, we ship within 2 days with local couriers such as DHL/Fedex/UPS. All shipments will be insured and must be retrieved by signature.
